~!ntr@~’s approach is relational, and no one-size-fits-all solutions are offered. Instead, each programme is developed in close collaboration with the client to understand their institutional context and co-create responses that are ethical, relevant, and forward-looking.

By embracing intra-action, ~!ntr@~ enables deeper scholarly engagement and cultivates regenerative practices that provides alternatives for the reactive and performative tendencies of the neoliberal university.
In doing so, it seeks not only to advise but to co-inquire—fostering academic cultures where new forms of becoming, un/learning, and leading can emerge.
